Annie Karp is an expert in helping small businesses recruit top talent. With over 20 years of Human Resource experience helping small companies, Annie takes a hands on approach to all generalist responsibilities. Her areas of strength include employee relations, recruiting and work/life balance programs.

Annie has her degree in Accounting from the Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park. She holds her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resource) Certification as well as her SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resources-Senior Certified Professional).

Michelle Chuk Zamperetti, Training Contractor

Michelle is an organizational leadership and facilitation expert who has been working in the field of leadership development, strategic planning, and facilitation for over 10 years. Her facilitation career began while she was working at the intersection of leadership and population health and managing community-based interventions with multi-sector collaborations across the country focused on a wide variety of health issues, including but not limited to:  public health preparedness, chronic disease, opioid addiction, health policy, and childhood obesity. She received her certification in Technology of Participation Facilitation in 2011 and her certification in Emergenetics, a learning and communications assessment in 2012, her Strengths Finder Certification in 2015, her Leadership and Executive Coaching Certification in 2019, and will be working on her EQ Certification in 2020. 

Michelle has worked with large businesses, non-profits, interfaith organizations, government entities, and educational institutions to support organizational planning, leadership development, improvements in communication, hiring practices, and coaching and mentoring. In 2014, she joined General Electric where she worked to lead communities throughout the country in linking the business and corporate community with population health initiatives to drive improved community health outcomes. Michelle is currently the principal at her own consulting firm focusing on the implementation and evaluation of health initiatives, facilitation and leadership development and strategic organizational improvement.  Additionally, Michelle is adjunct faculty in the Health Studies Department at American University and the co-chair of the business collaborative on population health at the National Academy of Sciences.  Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Medical Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts and her master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. 

Dina Potter, HR Contractor

Dina is a Spanish-bilingual consultant with 20 years of full HR life-cycle experience across various industries, ranging from non-profit to hospitality to IT and professional consulting services. She expanded her functional HR knowhow, while working with best-in-class organizations, such as Disney and ADP. Dina likes to work with growing organizations to help them establish company culture, recognition programs, and diversity initiatives. She thrives when she is facilitating training programs, and is focused on talent management. Dina has an Organizational Communications BA from UCF, and is an HRCI certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Mary Ung, HR Partner

Mary is an HR generalist with over 18 years of experience in the HR field. She is experienced in all HR functional areas including full-cycle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Mary is consistently recognized for bringing order to chaos, engaging communication, and problem-solving ability. She has a proven ability to build positive relationships and coach for success. Mary is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Erin Linkins, HR Partner

Erin is a seasoned HR generalist with more than 15 years experience working in support of creative and technical brands, primarily in agency and nonprofit environments. She specializes in helping companies develop strategies surrounding policy development, employee relations, and niche recruiting. She's even sharpened her pencil and written marketing copy! Senior leadership values her ability to steer them collaboratively - with a calm, professional demeanor, and a good sense of humor. Erin is a Certified SSP (Senior Staffing Professional) and is working toward her SHRM-SCP.
